Non refundable cancellations
Where there is a not a technical error with the order, as our Kitchen is a pre order weekend delivery only kitchen, and made to order service, we do not offer refund of payments without 24 hours notice of cancellation. Day before orders made via external platforms will be subject to cancellations as outlined on the website.
Delivery is free in the delivery free zone. Additional charges will apply to those outside the zone.
Where delivery costs are charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Refund shipping policy
Where there is a not an issue or technical error with your order as our Kitchen is a pre order / made to order service we are unable to cancel orders or refund payments without 48 hours email notice of cancellation
Whilst we try our best to keep ingredients separate, we can’t guarantee that any of our products are suitable for those with allergies and our dishes may contain traces of certain allergens. For a full list of allergens in each dish please feel free to get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org
